However, most of business owners do not bother about this process as they think it is a lengthy process. However, it is quite simple and quick. If you have applied for a business visa, you can work freely in Dubai once your visa is approved. However, for an individual who has acquired a native worker visa, he is not able to work in Dubai for at least two years. During this period, the worker will be able to apply for a new business visa if he wants to do so. Therefore, it is important to apply for a Dubai trade license well in advance to secure your job. Applying early also ensures that your work permit and the corresponding trade visa get released before your actual employment in Dubai starts.

When you apply for a Dubai trade license, there are many documents required for the application process. These documents include the application form, the statement of business conducted, the necessary documents required for the processing of the trade visa, and the Dubai immigration law and regulations. You need to have a passport when you submit an application for a business visa. This is necessary since your passport will provide you with certain rights on your return home. For the passport documentation, you need to submit a copy of your original passport, and then a copy of the original British immigration and residence visas. These are the necessary documents that are required by the Dubai authorities during the approval of your business license application.

The next document that you need to submit is a copy of the original written contract for the purchase or the rental of real estate or a copy of the lease agreement between the person buying the property or the person renting the property and the person owning the property. The third document that is required is the statement of proposal that is also referred to as the stub or the executive summary. This is a brief yet complete proposal that explains the business that you are going to run and how you intend to do so. This is also the main document that proves that you have been approved to export goods from the emirate to another country.

Once you have all these documents, you can proceed to the registration section of the Dubai Trade License office. There you will be given a registration card and will be required to pay a registration fee. Then you will be required to enter into a contract with the authorized representative office. This is where you will make sure that the business you wish to start has been approved to operate in the freezone.

You will then be presented with a business plan and a registration number. The Dubai government requires that all businesses register in the freezone before they can operate. As long as the business satisfies the requirements to operate in the free zone, they will not have to pay any registration or licensing fees.

Once all these are done, you will be required to submit an application for registration. You will be required to submit the necessary documents and to submit an application for the establishment of a business. You have to be very careful about this since failure to follow the law may have serious consequences including the rejection of your application and hefty fines. The setting up a business in Dubai authorities always review and approve new business ventures after checking them against all the necessary documents. For the purposes of the freezone, all commercial establishments are required to register and the inspection of their business plan land the contents of their Memorandum of Association are also important.

Another thing you should keep in mind is that the Dubai authorities will only issue business licenses to individuals who are resident citizens of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Those from outside the emirate will not be granted any type of work visa. You will face a penalty if you are caught trying to hire persons who are not residents, so you should try to hire from among those UAE locals who are allowed to work in the country. The last thing you want to happen is to get yourself into a spot of trouble with the immigration officials due to non-compliance with the conditions set by the law.
